What is the SCFHS and how does DataFlow work in Saudi Arabia?+
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) is the regulator that authorises the practice of healthcare professions in Saudi Arabia. To verify foreign degrees it requires a primary source verification (PSV) through DataFlow Group, which contacts the issuing university directly. What do I need to register with the GMC or NMC in the UK?+
The General Medical Council (GMC) requires international doctors to pass the PLAB or hold an accepted specialist qualification, plus an English language certificate (IELTS/OET). For nursing, the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requires a CBT and an OSCE. Yes. If you decide to hire the full recognition service with Booka Hospi, the €19.99 for the VerifAI Certificate is fully deducted from the price of the chosen recognition plan.
What documents do I need for the analysis?+
You need a legible photo or scan of your university degree. Optionally you can upload your curriculum and a certificate of professional experience for a more complete analysis. Documents can be in Spanish, English, French or Arabic.
Do hospitals accept the VerifAI Certificate?+
The VerifAI Certificate is an informative pre-analysis document; it does not replace the official PSV verification or the government recognition. However, many hospitals and recruiters value it as a first filter because it shows that the candidate has proactively verified the compatibility of their degree.
How is my personal data protected?+
Your documents are processed by AI on European servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not store images of your documents once the report is generated. We comply with GDPR and our privacy policy details the retention periods and your data subject rights.
