Initial Review & Referral
The Subdirección General de Títulos reviews your file and forwards it to the Consejo General de Dentistas for a non-binding opinion (10-day window).
ANECA Binding Evaluation
ANECA assesses your curriculum against Spanish standards and issues a favourable, conditional, or unfavourable binding report.
Ministry Resolution
The Ministerio de Universidades issues its official decision, specifying any compensatory training gaps (carencias formativas) if applicable.
Complete Complementary Training (if required)
If training gaps exist, complete the required aptitude test or supervised practice at a Spanish university.
Register & Start Practicing
Register with your regional Colegio de Odontólogos and start working legally in Spain.
